Shipping and Returns
We are so excited for you to purchase your Simplesuit!
Currently Nash & Cally offers domestic standard shipping through USPS. If you need something immediately you can email email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your order, but can make no guarantees.
We try our absolute best to have all standard shipping orders shipped within 3-5 business days. As soon as your order has shipped you will be emailed a confirmation with tracking information.
Make sure when placing your order that your shipping address is correct. We are unable to alter an order or shipping address once it has been placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address it is up to the customer to pay any reshipping and restocking costs.
Nash & Cally will only ship to one address per order. Orders are unable to be combined.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your Simplesuit but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we will accept returns of all unworn and unwashed garments with the tags still attached up to 30 days from delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
To initiate a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, what you plan on returning and reason for return.
Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing! Nash & Cally follows the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) guidelines very carefully. The Simplesuit is meant to be snug in the arms and legs as the CPSC requires. We do not spray any of our fabrics with flame resistant chemicals. Please wash before wearing.
All sales are final!
Defective or Damaged Items
We hope this never happens, but sometimes garments slip though the cracks. If you receive a garment that is defective or damaged you must contact us within 30 days of receipt at email@example.com . We will not accept garments past the 30 days or any garments that are washed or worn. A full refund including shipping will be reimbursed to the customer.
Unfortunately at this time Nash & Cally does not offer exchanges.
We hope a package never goes missing but if it does we will do everything to help you find it. Contact your local post office to see where you package was last located. Make sure to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with all the information. Nash and Cally will work with USPS to hopefully find your purchase. After 14 days if the package is still not delivered and in the hands of USPS we will replace your Simplesuit. Once a package is marked “delivered” it is the responsibility of the customer to track the package down. We are no longer responsible for packages once marked "delivered".
