What fabric is the Simplesuit made of?

Made in the USA, the Simplesuit is produced with durable, soft, 95% cotton 5% spandex fabric that stretches to keep up with your fast growing baby.

Does Nash & Cally follow CPSC Regulations?

It’s important to Nash & Cally that your kids are safe. Because Nash & Cally does not spray any flame resistant chemicals on its fabrics we closely follow the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s tight-fitting garment regulations.

These regulations include;

  • Specific dimensions of chest, waist, seat, upper arm, thigh, wrist, or ankle
  • Sleeves that taper from the shoulders to the ends of the sleeves
  • Pant legs that taper from the thighs to the ends of the pant legs
  • Garment tapers from the chest down to the waist and from the seat up to the waist
  • Bears a permanent label stating size of garment
  • Bears a hang tag alerting buyers that the garments are not flame-resistant and should be worn snug fitting because loose-fitting garments are more likely to catch fire
  • Comply with all of the flammability requirements for clothing textiles and vinyl plastic film.

Where is the Simplesuit made?

How do I decide what size Simplesuit to purchase?

You can visit our sizing chart here to get exact measurements. Remember when deciding what size Simplesuit to purchase make sure to review our sizing chart closely. Because Nash & Cally follows CPSC our garments will fit more snug.

What are the care instructions for the Simplesuit?

Machine wash warm or cold. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Iron without stretching. We recommend you follow the care instructions closely for the best washing results.

Business

Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer wholesale. Nash & Cally is currently only available online through our branded e-commerce site. www.nashandcally.com

Orders

What methods of payment do you accept?

Nash & Cally accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Please note that we only accept one form of payment per order. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

When I put something in my shopping bag, am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise?

Placing something in your shopping bag does not guarantee you will receive the merchandise. You must press the purchase button at which point you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email help@nashandcally.com with your name, order number, and requested cancellation. Once our warehouse has processed an order, we are unable to make changes. Once our warehouse has shipped an order, we are unable to reroute deliveries.

How will I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once the order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

Shipping

Through what carrier do your orders ship?

USPS ships Nash & Cally orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. If you are interested in having an order shipped international, please contact us at help@nashandcally.com

When will my order ship?

Standard orders generally ship within 1-3 business days.

Does Nash & Cally ship to multiple addresses for the same order?

Nash & Cally does not currently ship to multiple addresses.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once your items are shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

What happens if my shipment is lost in the mail?

Hopefully this never happens, however, if a shipment is lost in the mail it is up to the customer to contact us within 14 days at help@nashandcally.com with your name, order number and tracking number. We will work with you to help track down the package. If the package is still lost in the mail after 14 days of shipment we will replace your item. Once the item has been marked delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to track down their garments. It is no longer the responsibility of Nash & Cally.

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

We have all had it happen to us before, but if you put in the wrong address email us immediately at help@nashandcally.com with your name, order number, and requested change of address. Once our warehouse has processed an order, we are unable to make the address change. Any return shipping and restocking fee is at the cost of the customer.

Retruns/Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Nash & Cally accepts returns within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery. Only unused and unworn items will be accepted. Please note original shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, send an email to help@nashandcally.com and include your name, order number, and reason for return. We will get back to you with return instructions.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will be notified by email. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 5-7 business days to post to your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

My item was delivered defective?

We hope this never happens but if an order is delivered defective or damaged we will get that replaced for you immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us within 20 days of delivery to inform us the items are defective. Send an email to help@nashandcally.com and include your name, order number, and issue with delivery. We will get back to you with return instructions. After 20 days we are unable to accept any returns on garments.

You can edit your account by going to “My Account”.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

You can request a new password by clicking on “forgot password”. An email will be sent to you with instructions.

How do I subscribe to emails?

You can subscribe to emails by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. As part of our mailing list, you will receive additional discounts, advance notice on sales, and much more. We do not sell or give our mailing list to other companies or to our partners.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
